What is my membership number?
Your membership number is unique to you as an ATG Theatre Card member and can be found on the front of your membership card. We will also reference your membership number in any written correspondence that we send you.
Remember to quote your membership number if you are booking over the phone.
If you are booking online, please ensure that you have logged into your online account. After clicking 'Select Tickets', choose the 'Theatre Card Members' option and then enter your online account details to take advantage of available offers.
When visiting one of our theatres, please ensure that you have your membership card with you to access the Theatre Card benefits.
How many discounted tickets can I buy per transaction?
You can book up to four discounted tickets per Theatre Card, per performance. Any additional tickets for that performance will have to be bought at full price, though these will not have any booking or transactions fees applied to them (unless fees apply for that show). How soon after purchase can I start using my ATG Theatre Card?
Straight away! Your membership will be activated as soon as you have completed the purchase.
You may need to log out and back into your online account to see your membership listed.
When will I receive my membership pack?
You should allow up to 28 days for your ATG Theatre Card pack to arrive. You can however start claiming your membership benefits immediately after purchase – you just need your membership number.

and we will send a replacement to you.
My membership card has been lost or stolen

and we will issue you with a new card.
Which venues accept my ATG Theatre Card?
You can use your ATG Theatre Card at all theatres operated by the Ambassador Theatre Group. Click here

Can someone else use my membership?
Your ATG Theatre Card is non-transferable and is excusively yours to use.
As the member, any bookings that you make need to be paid for by you to enjoy the membership benefits.

My ATG Theatre Card discounts haven’t been applied – what do I do?
Please check that the performance you have booked for has a valid ATG Theatre Card offer. These can be found in the brochure or online in the show information.
If you believe that you have mistakenly paid fees or an offer was not applied to your tickets, please call us on 0844 871 7633
Please note that we are unable to rectify any booking errors once the performance has passed.
How do I use the Ambassador Lounge passes included with my ATG Theatre Card Gold?
As part of your ATG Theatre Card Gold, you get 6 passes to our exclusive Ambassador Lounge - please check here
to see if there's one at your local theatre.
We strongly recommend booking your place in the Ambassador Lounge in advance as places are limited and we might not be able to accommodate you if you do not have a reservation.
You can book your place when booking your tickets online. After you have added your seats to the basket, you will be taken to a page recommending our Ambassador Experiences. Select the option to book the 'Red £15' package. On the following page, your complimentary Theatre Card Gold passes will show at the top of the list (the package name will read 'ATGTC Gold - Red Label' and have a £0 price). If this option does not show up, please call us on 0844 871 7633*

Please note that each person attending has to have their own place booked. Your ATG Theatre Card Gold includes 6 Ambassador Lounge passes; this is total across the year's validity period and can be used by yourself and your guests. Any additional bookings you make for the Ambassador Lounge after you have used all 6 of the passes will need to be paid for.
Our Ambassador Lounges welcome children - your host will be able to provide a soft drink option in place of a glass of Prosecco.
