Can you use your selling and customers services skills to ensure you "Make Theatre Magic?"

Do you have a great personality? Can you roll out the red carpet for our customers? Are you able to deliver spine tingling service? Will be you be able to do all of this with great artistry?

We are currently recruiting Contact Centre Assistants to sell Tickets, ATG Theatre Cards and Retail Packages over the phone for all ATG’s venues and clients, based at our Northern Contact Centre at the Sunderland Empire.

The Ambassador Theatre Group, is the largest owner/operator of theatres in the UK with 39 venues, an internationally recognised theatre producer and a leader in theatre ticketing services through ATG Tickets, the joint-largest ticketing company in the UK.

You will develop and sustain audiences throughout the country by pro-actively selling tickets and retail offers, including our membership scheme, for ATG’s venues and clients nationwide, providing excellent levels of customer care and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Person Specification
Essential:
  • Experience of working in sales environment
  • You like achieving targets
  • You will enjoy working in a team in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • The ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Passionate about delivering great Customer Service

Both full and part time roles are available:
Full Time (40 hours shift based each week)
Part Time (20 - 25 hrs each week)

You must be available to work evenings and weekends.
